What do I need to do for my child to come to Pear Tree Mead?

To attend our pre-school or school nursery you will need a pre-school or nursery application form from the school office.  This should be returned to the school with your child’s red book and birth certificate, places will be offered to eligible siblings in age order (oldest first) and then other children (oldest children) on the list at the half term before they are due to start. Our pre-school is only available for children who meet the criteria of the 2-year old free places scheme, either FEEE2 or FEEE2W.

As part of the induction process to the school, home visits are arranged at the beginning of the term to meet with you and your family on an informal basis.

All children who are turning 5 in the academic year will begin school in reception in September, as we have only one intake per year.
