We are very pleased to let you know about our After School Provision.

The Treehouse Club will run in two sessions. Firstly, from 3.10pm till 4.10pm for a themed activity session and then NIGHT OWLS will run from 4.10pm till 6pm.

The price of these sessions will be £5.50 for Treehouse and £8.50 for Night Owls. All of the staff running The Treehouse Club are very experienced current staff members.   We are looking at seeing how we can accept child care vouchers as soon as possible.

If you are interested in your child attending either of these sessions, you will be asked to complete a registration form. Once this is completed, you will be added to our bookings group on ParentMail and you will be able to book any of the sessions.  Bookings and cancellations must be completed 48 hours before the session.  Our Treehouse Club policy can be found on the school website.  Bookings will open up each half term and themes will change at the same time. All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Registration forms will need to be recompleted every year.

 

Treehouse Club Themes 

Treehouse Club has a different theme each day, these include some of the examples below.  Please see our club poster each term for the new themes.

Eco Warriors, Cooking, Gymnastics, Computing, Craft, Science, Football, Lego, Outdoor fun, Gardening, Ball Sports, Athletics etc   

                                         

During Night Owls (4.10pm – 6pm), children will have a choice of activities including:

• Art and craft activities.
• Completion of homework tasks
• Practising reading, spelling etc
• Sports activities and team games.
• Lego and construction.
• Board games.
• Imaginative toys

 

We have the right to refuse entry to the club if the behaviour and safety of the children is not in line with school policy.   This may be on a short term or permanent basis dependant on the situation.

 

Late bookings may not be able to be excepted if we are full and will be at an increased rate if we are able to accommodate it. Cancellations must also be made in line with our conditions, and you may still be charged. If your child is absent on the day the booking can be transferred to another session.
